Sunshine Peak
The peak on the left is Sunshine Peak. It is the first peak in the San Miguel Range that catches the early morning sun, hence Sunshine Peak. The second interesting peak on the right of Sunshine is Lizardhead. I know that it is hard to imagine this to be a lizard's head, but with some insight and history you can tell why it was named that.
The first week in October was pretty much cloudless on the western slope of Colorado. That was about the only fault that we could find when Flickr friends Jon Blake and Brad McGinley joined me for a fall photo shoot.
I appreciate your visit and any comments or favs you may leave.
